Streamline Controls Private Limited (SCPL) is a technology company engaged in the business of designing & manufacturing of electronic products, used in automation of various industrial applications, since 1993. SCPL provides state-of-art, reliable products to ensure consistent performance. Our domain of expertise is in providing effective solutions to real time applications using low cost 8 bit microcontrollers to rich 32 bit ARM microcontrollers, power electronics, communication and IOT.
SCPL offers electronic product manufacturing services – right from components sourcing, assembly and up to strict quality testing and committed deliveries
SCPL extends their expertise in providing embedded software development with capability to work with various micro-controllers and development IDEs
SCPL is venturing into the design and manufacturing of products for home automation.

SCPL possesses a built-up works area of 3200 sq. feet in a land plot of 10000 sq. feet in the Special Electronic Zone at Gandhinagar, the capital city of Gujarat. Its corporate office is 3000 sq. feet, located in a prime area of Ahmedabad.

Commencement of works at Gandhinagar with the strength of 4 employees.
Started manufacturing Microcontroller based single/multi-channel temperature controllers, finding applications in various industries like Plastics, Textile, and Packaging.
Developed GRINDkon, Controllers for Grinding Machines for machine tools industry and DIGIStep – Intelligent DC Stepper Motor Drive/Controllers, finding applications in various industries like Plastics, Pharmaceuticals, Printing, Machine tools, etc.
Encouraged with a successful run of DIGIStep, developed controller – BAGkon, for control of Plastic Bag Making Machine.
Developed Controller – INJkon, to control Plastic Injection Molding Machine, increased employee strength to 8.
Developed another controller LABkon, to run with DIGIStep, to control Labeling Machine, application in Pharma/packaging industries.
Focused on sales promotion of existing product range, participation in various local & national exhibitions like PLASTINDIA, PLASTIVISION, etc.
Started office in Ahmedabad to look after sales/marketing and customer support activities. Increased employee strength to 16.
Developed BLOkon – Controller for Plastic Blow molding machines, and PETkon – Controller or Plastic Pet stretch Blow molding machines.
Established paperless office concept, with no. of computers installed increased to 15.
Shifted to own office premises. Awarded ISO 9001: 2000 certification, a DNV accreditation.
Developed JDYEkon – Controller for Jet Dyeing Machines for textile Industries.
Developed more application-specific packages for other various industries like Pad printing machines, Hydraulic Presses, etc.
Catering more than 100 OEMs of small to medium scale industries satisfactorily.
Introduced Provident fund Scheme for employees, with the strength of 25 people.
Developed DIGIServo – Intelligent AC Servo Drive / Controllers, finding applications in various industries like Plastics, Pharmaceuticals, Printing, Machine tools, etc.
Developed Swing Arm – Hybrid Swing Robot for Injection Molding Machine.
Developed RTU – Remote Terminal Unit for various industries.
Catering more than 150 OEMs of small to medium scale industries satisfactorily.
Introduced ERP for Smooth work pattern, with the strength of 35 people.
Shifted to new 5th generation office premises in Thaltej area.
